Deposit & Scheduling Policies
  • Deposits: Deposits are determined based on the complexity of the project. Deposits to be calculated accordingly—PayPal, Square & Cash invoices fulfilled through email and in-person when applicable. Deposits will be applied to the project's final session and are non-refundable. In the case of no-show's or cancellations, deposits will be forfeited and an additional deposit will be required to secure a future appointment.
  • Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, please allow 48 hours notice prior to your appointment time. Any changes to your appointment after this will forfeit your original deposit and an additional deposit will be required to book a new appointment.
  • Cancellations: If you are more than 20 minutes late to your appointment you will be considered a “no-show,” and will need to schedule a new appointment for a future date. If you no-show or cancel less than 48 hours prior to your appointment time, you will forfeit your original deposit and an additional deposit will be required to reserve a new appointment. Each artist at Lantern Arts reserves the right to cease booking privileges if no-call/no-showed.  All appointments require confirmation within at least 48 hours of the scheduled time—no confirmation; no appointment.



Studio Information
  • Location: Lantern Arts is a cozy and custom private studio gallery located in downtown Driggs, in the serene Teton Valley, Idaho. Tucked away within the Old Livery building at 81 N Main St. Suite B, we are in a prime location to access all that downtown has to offer! Both our studio and restroom are accessible for disabled persons. Please see the Bookings & Commissions page for more information. 18+ only for tattoos, please. ID required.
  • Hours: Lantern Arts is by appointment only, guests will be asked their preferred days and time of the week/ends and be scheduled accordingly. Flexible/odd hours are available for sensitive and/or longer sessions.
  • Pricing: Prices are determined based on the complexity of the project. Clients will be given a price estimate during their complimentary consultation(s). The final price of each project is subject to change if modifications to the design(s) or placement are required or requested. Cash Preferred, All Major Credit/Debit Cards, PayPal, Square & Venmo accepted.
  • Appointments: All appointments require confirmation within 48 hours of your scheduled time. Guests who are going to be more than 20 minutes late, please call/email/text or you will be considered a "no-show" and must be rescheduled. Lantern Arts is allowing one additional guest to accompany appointments at this time, bring a friend! (Excluding Flash/Exhibition/Walk-In/Etc. Days, please follow our Instagram for updates. COVID-19 precautions to be reviewed prior to appointments).
  • Custom Tattoo Designs: Your design will be presented the day of your appointment, and we do not share final drafts in advance. Every design is tailor-made and unique to the artist/client, and we'd like to keep it that way. Any small changes needed may happen the day-of. If you decide to alter your design and/or dramatically alter the size, your appointment may need to be rescheduled and the price may change. If you decide to change your idea altogether, please provide at least one week's notice. If we are notified any later, a redesign fee will be required that will not go towards the final cost of your tattoo.
  • Flash Tattoo Designs: All available designs are generously priced in exchange for creative freedom and may be viewed here. Full Black, Black & Grey, Color, some repeatable. Periodically updated and most designs can be adjusted to fit the client's form and/or existing work. 18+ only, please. Stay tuned for Flash Days, too!
  • Original Artwork Commissions: All original artwork arrangements to be made via phone, email at [email protected] and/or in-person at Lantern Arts. Please see the Bookings & Commissions page, as well as individual artist's social media and websites to learn more. All are welcome.
  • Styles: Currently accepting a variety of subject matter, project sizes and styles including certain Cosmetic and Paramedical procedures. All gender-identities, sizes, skin tones, and sexes welcome. Certain cover-ups, re-works, and blast-overs will be accepted. Our resident artist, Conrad, is always stoked to tackle creative, custom projects! Full Black, Black & Grey, Color—try us!
  • Touch-Up's: If all provided prep/aftercare has been followed accordingly, initial touch-up's should be limited and will only be charged a $75 supply fee. Any additional work will be charged the normal rates.
  • Hair & Makeup: under co. — please email [email protected] with your idea/project details for now! In-studio and on-location work available. All gender-identities, hair & skin textures and types, and sexes welcome!
  • Guest Spot's & Representation: Artists' interested in guesting and/or exhibiting at Lantern Arts may email portfolio examples, websites and/or social media handles directly to [email protected] for review. Keep an eye on this page and our social media for updates!

Shipping Policy

Shipping
: Original artwork, prints and merchandise orders may take up to 14 business days to process with us. Originals may take up to 2-4 weeks to prepare for shipment to make sure everything is top-notch! To preserve the integrity of works that rise in value over time, originals and limited-editions are the only works that arrive with a certificate of authenticity.

We strive to ship orders as quickly as possible but please note that, on occasion, there may be delays in dispatching. My team is small and diligentwe are doing everything we can to make sure you get your artwork as soon as possible!

Please expect shipping delays due to the impact of COVID-19 on postal services worldwide. We apologize for the inconvenience. Please be mindful that shipping delays are out of the control of small businesses worldwide and we are unable to speed up the shipping process for you.

If you need a change of address, we must be alerted within 24 hours of purchase in order to guarantee a re-direct. We are unable to change the address once it has dispatched from our studio. Please contact us through the contact page as soon as possible.

Lantern Arts is not responsible for undelivered packages based on incorrect shipping addresses given by the customer. Please ensure that you provide the complete and correct mailing addresses at checkout.

Once dispatched, an automated message is delivered to the email you provided at checkout. At this time, we are unable to promise precise arrival dates and thank you greatly for your patience. We’re doing everything in our power to get your order in your hands ASAP—in the quality it was intended! In the event of losses or damages we will do our best to resolve/replace your order, but please note that most sales are final!
